What Seek processes
When you start a scan, Seek processes the website URL and the customer, problem, and competitor context you choose to provide. Seek also analyzes content from publicly accessible sources to prepare a private report.
How the data is used
The information is used only to understand your product, run the requested search, qualify public conversations, and improve result quality. Seek does not publish your scan context or report and does not sell it.
Public sources
Reports may include citations, authors, dates, and links already visible on authorized public sources. Seek keeps the original source link so every result can be checked.
Your choices
Do not submit confidential information in the scan fields. To ask about access or deletion, use the discovery-call link on the Seek homepage.
